Privacy Policy — IMI Ad-free Paid Educational Apps (iOS & Android)

Info Media Innovation Co., Ltd. (บริษัท อินโฟ มีเดีย อินโนเวชั่น จำกัด, “IMI”, “we”, “us”) publishes educational applications for iOS/iPadOS and Android. Privacy contact: imi@imi.co.th; website: imi.co.th.
1. Scope and covered apps / ขอบเขต
This policy covers IMI ad-free educational app editions for iOS/iPadOS and Android that identify this policy in the app or store listing. Paid editions are purchased through the applicable app store. Covered editions do not contain an advertising SDK, in-app advertising or a developer-operated remote lesson-account/analytics service. A price or Paid label alone does not establish eligibility: a version using additional data services requires an accurate app-specific supplement or a different policy before release. Existing app-specific policy URLs remain available for older installed versions; this policy does not silently alter those apps.

2. Lesson information and device storage / ข้อมูลการเรียนในเครื่อง
Covered lesson apps do not require an IMI account or ask children to provide their name, email address or contact details to use the lessons. Input such as answers, drawing/writing strokes, scores, progress, language choices and settings is processed on the device. Where the app saves progress or settings, these records are stored locally. IMI does not receive lesson answers, drawings or scores through a remote lesson server and does not supply them to advertising services. Not every app saves progress. Operating-system backup, restore and device synchronisation may apply under your device settings and the platform provider’s policy.

3. No in-app advertising or remote lesson analytics / ไม่มีโฆษณา
Covered ad-free editions do not include AdMob, advertising consent SDKs, advertising identifiers for ad delivery, or advertising calls. They do not send lesson answers, scores or usage analytics to IMI or an analytics service. We do not use app data to track users across other companies’ apps or websites. App stores and operating systems may separately process purchase, installation, device and diagnostic information according to their settings and policies. Information IMI receives through a store’s reports or voluntary support is distinct from data sent by the lesson app; this policy does not claim that Apple, Google or an external website processes no data.

4. Purchases and payments / การซื้อ
Payments for these editions are handled by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. IMI does not receive your full payment-card number or bank credentials through the lesson app. The store may provide transaction, sales, refund or support information under its developer services. Such information is used for sales administration, accounting, tax/legal obligations and responding to purchase enquiries. Pricing and refund rules are provided by the applicable store; see Apple Privacy and Google Privacy.
5. Children and permissions / เด็กและสิทธิ์
Children can use the lessons without creating an IMI account or submitting personal details. A parent or guardian should manage purchases and supervise external links. Covered lesson functions do not require precise location, contacts, camera or microphone access; playing audio is not recording your voice. Any future permission or remote-data feature requires its own accurate disclosure before this policy can apply to that version. A parent or guardian can contact us on a child’s behalf.
6. External links, websites and support / ลิงก์ภายนอกและการติดต่อ
Some apps link to publisher pages, privacy information, products or other websites. Visiting a website is a separate activity: its operator may receive an IP address, browser details and cookies under that site’s policy. External sites are not automatically covered by this app policy. IMI’s website privacy policy remains at imi.co.th/privacy-policy/; app use does not require website registration. When you email or otherwise contact IMI, we receive the address, message and any information you choose to provide to respond and maintain necessary support records. Please avoid sending children’s personal details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Retention, security and international processing / การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย
Locally retained lesson records remain until removed through app/device controls, overwritten or the app is uninstalled, depending on platform behaviour. Backups may retain separate copies and must be managed separately. IMI has no remote lesson account or central copy of your lesson answers to delete. We keep support and business records only as needed for the relevant service and legal, accounting, security or dispute obligations; contact us about a particular record. Removing the app does not automatically remove information already held by a store or external provider.
IMI uses appropriate safeguards for information it holds but no system is completely secure. Google describes encryption in transit and its data handling in its published SDK information. Advertising, app-store and website providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards and policies. Provider retention periods differ; we do not invent a single retention period for data held by others. We may disclose information we hold where required by law or necessary to address security incidents, fraud or legal claims.
8. Privacy requests and choices / สิทธิและทางเลือก
Contact imi@imi.co.th to request information about personal data IMI holds, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent where consent is the relevant basis, or other rights available under applicable law. A parent/guardian may make a request for a child. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the requester’s identity or authority and explain any applicable legal limitation. There is no IMI lesson account to delete in these covered apps. Requests about data held solely by Apple, Google or another provider should also be directed to that provider. Where available under applicable law, you may contact the relevant data protection authority, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

9. Updates and contact / การปรับปรุง
We will update this page and its effective date when relevant practices change. Where required, material changes will be communicated and additional consent obtained before affected processing.
