Terms of Service — imi.co.th and Educational Apps

These terms describe use of imi.co.th and educational apps published by Info Media Innovation Co., Ltd. (บริษัท อินโฟ มีเดีย อินโนเวชั่น จำกัด, “IMI”, “we”, “us”) that refer to these terms. They apply alongside any product-specific licence and the applicable app-store terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer or data-protection law.

1. Access, accounts and children
Educational lessons can be used without creating an IMI account. Some website features may require an account. If you use those features, provide accurate information needed for the service, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Do not share another person’s credentials or impersonate them.
Parents or guardians should supervise children’s use as appropriate, including external links and advertising. Children should not post personal information in public comments. Where parental authorisation is legally required for a particular website feature or transaction, it must be obtained before that use.
2. Permitted use and intellectual property
Our lesson text, artwork, audio, software and other content belong to IMI or the relevant rights holders. Use the materials only as permitted by your product licence, purchase terms or applicable law. Access or purchase does not transfer ownership of the content. Do not redistribute, resell or make unauthorised copies, remove rights notices, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access. These restrictions do not override uses or exceptions permitted by law.
3. Website submissions
If you submit comments, images or other material through an available website feature, ensure you have the right to share it and that it is lawful. Do not disclose children’s personal information or another person’s private information. We may remove material that is unlawful, infringes rights, contains spam, or threatens safety. Public submissions may be visible to other visitors.
4. Advertising and external services
Ad-supported editions may display banners or full-screen advertisements. Ad-free editions do not display in-app advertising. Ad availability and frequency can vary; an ad is not guaranteed to appear at every transition. Selecting an advertisement or external link may open another service governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. The presence of an advertisement or link does not imply IMI endorses the provider or guarantees its claims.
App downloads, purchases, payments and refund requests made through an app store are subject to that store’s applicable procedures and your statutory rights. We do not ask you to disclose an app-store password to us.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains lesson data, website accounts and cookies, advertising data, retention and privacy requests. Using the service or accepting these terms is not blanket consent to every form of data processing. Where a separate notice, permission or consent is legally required, it must be handled separately.
6. Availability, updates and educational content
We may maintain or update the website and apps to address errors, security, compatibility or content changes. Device requirements may change between releases, and older devices may not support later updates. Network access may be needed for website features, downloads, external content or ads. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.
Our materials support learning and practice; they do not guarantee a particular examination result or learning outcome. Please report errors so that we can review them. Any applicable product commitments and non-excludable legal rights remain in effect.
7. Restrictions, responsibility and legal rights
We may restrict website access or remove content where reasonably necessary to address misuse, infringement or a security risk. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a contact route to resolve the issue.
Responsibility for loss or damage is determined under applicable law and any applicable product agreement. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not make users responsible for matters beyond their legal responsibility.
8. Changes to these terms
We will identify revisions by updating the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. A change to these terms does not replace a separate consent or notice required for changes in personal-data processing.
